Communications
Project communication is all about keeping the
information flowing between the design team and all of the stakeholders; be
they Owners, Users, the Public, Government Entities, etc.
Our approach to excellent project communications centers on identifying key
"spokespersons" for each of the principal players (typically the Client or
Owner, the Architect, and the Contractor) and then channeling all key
information through them for redirection to each constituent group they
represent.
When time is of the essence and where information transfer is the most
crucial (typically during the Design Development Phase) weekly project
meetings with all the players are held to ensure quick, error-free
transfers.
The project meetings are then followed up with Job Conference Reports which
denote responsibilities and due dates for each issue or action item
discussed.
The Job Conference Reports are then distributed to all participants and
other interested parties. |
