Doug is co-founder and Principal of Fennie+Mehl Architects. His 25 years
of expertise working with Corporate, Commercial, Educational and
Multi-Family Residential projects reveals an extremely diverse background of
design and project management skills.
He has been involved with projects in a number of regions, including
California, Oregon, Georgia, Washington, Arizona, New York and Canada. He is
well versed in planning and building code applications to Type 1 and Type V
construction and mixed use occupancies.
Doug takes a very collaborative and hands-on design approach, believing
the best ideas and design solutions always come from establishing great
communication between the Owner and the various team members. Doug enjoys
developing close working relationships with his clients and understands that
finding the perfect balance between design, function, budget, and schedule
is ultimately what his job is all about. |
