- Currently we have an open position for a Job
Captain. This position of a Job Captain is primarily responsible for
actively managing project design development to producing successful
architectural designs. In this role, you will be expected to lead the
technical aspects of our designs and work interactively with the other
team members to fully realize all aspects of the project design. The Job
Captains’ main efforts concentrate on the Design Development through
Construction Administration phases of the project.
We are looking for a talented, highly motivated, licensed or
license-tracked individual skilled in AutoCAD. The ideal candidate will
have had 5-10 years experience, a strong design flair, and an interest
in being involved in all areas of an architectural practice.
- Also, we have an open position for a talented
and highly motivated Interior Designer. This position will work
directly with the design staff, FF&E vendors, and clients. You will be
expected to assist the Design staff with the technical aspects of our
designs and work interactively with the other team members to fully
realize all aspects of the project design.
Some of the job duties we are seeking from you:
- Ability to prioritize, manage and work on multiple projects and
deadlines.
- Coordination with clients, vendors, contractors on interior
furnishings, fabrics, lighting, carpet, accessories, etc.
- Utilization of Auto CAD for elevation and plan drawings, furniture
lay-outs, custom furniture, carpet, rugs, and lighting design intent
drawings
- Knowledge of current trends in lighting, finishes, materials,
furniture and textiles
