About Our Staff

FENNIE+MEHL Architects constructs its team to fit your way of working and is specifically arranged to provide the right experience in the right place. In order to be easy to work with, each team member has the kind of flexibility it takes to adjust to our client's schedules and/or process. Reliable and responsiveness are key qualities of our team members and have a reputation of being Design Professionals you can count on. Where additional staff beyond our own office is required, we have negotiated strategic alliances with other like-minded design professionals to augment the team on an as-needed and seamless basis.

The team will add staff, or expert experience through it's consultants to assure that schedules and specific client requirements are met... while on smaller assignments, the principal may be sufficient enough to get things done quickly in an uncomplicated way... simple and unlayered.

Our management style guarantees continuity of key individuals for the duration of the project and regardless of the extent of their involvement at any point in time. We won't start a project with a team that won't be available to you throughout the course of the project. Continuity of staff assures clear communications in construction projects which require nearly perfect coordination.
