FENNIE+MEHL Architects' comprehensive services are orientated toward getting projects approved, financed, and constructed on time and on budget. To this end, we are committed to utilizing Computer Aided Design and Drafting (CADD) tools extensively in the development of our design and production documents.

We maintain a high-level of communication throughout the design and construction processes with the entire Design Team. This ensures smooth project development. . . without the usual surprises.
 

The services vary from project to project, depending on the skills of the other team members, physical, governmental, or scheduling constraints. At FENNIE+MEHL Architects, we are very flexible and will tailor the services to provide the highest value to our clients.

• Master Planning and Feasibility Studies
  Full layout of new or existing real estate developments, existing building review, and analysis including seismic and renovation analysis.
• Conceptual Design
  Preliminary design of new and renovation projects, including sketches and modeling.
• Program Development
  Analysis of space and functional needs for any architectural project. Includes analysis of current space utilization, future space projections based on growth patterns, and development of space standards. (Review our approach to determining office space requirements)
• Architectural Design
  Full Schematic Design of new and renovation projects, typically includes plans, elevations, sections, etc. which describe the nature of the proposed project.
• Contract Documents
  Construction Documents consist of drawings, details and specifications, setting forth in detail the requirements for the construction of the work.
• Scheduling
  Development of integrated team schedules with tasks identified from conceptual design and public approvals through building commissioning and move-in.
• Contract Administration
  Field observation of the contractor's work and attendance at job site meetings to review construction progress, constructability issues, review and process contractor's applications for payment and review for substantial completion.
• Other Architectural Services
  Assistance to the building owner or user, including building code analysis, extended Project Management Services, Project Budget Development, Due Diligence Reports, etc. Please contact one of the principals for further information on these services.
